It has come to our attention that the Help Desk has been broken for around a week.
In the past 2 weeks, if you replied to an open ticket directly from your email address, as opposed to via the ticket on the help desk, we have not been getting the response.
We have resolved the issue, however, if you are awaiting a response from IT we may think we are waiting for you. Please can you check your open tickets to ensure you have replied to any open cases?
