Windows 7 End Of Life - Windows 10 Upgrade

Windows 7 has now been 'End Of Life' for some time now and this creates security concerns that we have to address immediately.

This project has been severely disrupted by the Covid Pandemic and has now got to a critical stage that we have to resolve immediately.
