Microsoft Forces MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
We have today learnt that Microsoft has changed their policy on MFA. To increase security on their suite of products, Microsoft introduced MFA to be turned on by default.
Reading articles online this was introduced on June the 30th and further changes are expected on October the 1st.
We have seen a few users' accounts be affected by the changes and we will work with individuals to help them get back onto their Office 365 systems.
We will continue to read the Microsoft articles to see how this will affect us and look to mitigate any impact this may have on the Xandor Group.
As we log in to the Service Desk via Office 365 raising a ticket to report your problem may be an issue so please email.
